The heart of Betong, Jonathan Hagen, has the principle of 

zero-waste cooking at his fingertips, resulting in his fresh, 

sustainable culinary excellence. 

 

In the kitchen, we minimize food scraps, eliminating the use of Norwegian animal-based products that have a negative effect on our environment. Betong practices a circular mindset of turning potential waste into something nydelig [ny:`d(ə)li]

 

We care for our guests and nature alike.

 

 

Betongen offer a set menu of eight or five dishes with table reservation, or drop by the food bar if you want to enjoy our à la carte bar-menu

8-course tasting menu: 975,- NOK per guest
Wine pairing: 955,- NOK per guest

5-course tasting menu: 685,- NOK per guest

Small wine pairing: 685,- NOK per guest

A short a la carte menu is available for drop-in at our bar. No reservations.
